The consult consists of in-depth research, a one-day executive strategy session and a 35+ page strategic planning document containing a Cliff Notes Summary, Deep Dive Analysis, Business Growth Blueprint and Marketing Roadmap.

Here’s how it works:

1)   The Deep Dive

Our research team spends an initial 30+ hours conducting an in-depth review of your current marketing and sales processes. This includes researching the size of your current market opportunity, appraising your digital footprint including website, conducting an online brand assessment, reviewing current ad spend and marketing system, and assessing sales processes against best practices.

Then we go further and look at your top two competitors and dig into their digital marketing footprint. In some cases we can even see what their best performing digital ads are (which they’ve spent countless budget and time, testing and perfecting - but now you can use to your advantage.)

We can do our research with as much or as little as you provide. Forward us anything sales and marketing related that you’d like us to review – ad campaigns, marketing collateral, sales scripts, email marketing, sales presentations, webinars, billboard creative, radio and TV segments, video promos, advertising reports etc, and we’ll take it from there. Or don’t forward us anything and we’ll keep our analysis digital by doing a 360-online audit of your company’s brand, reputation, digital footprint and competitor analysis.

We meet in person, or virtually to go through your analysis - the diagnostic part of the consult. Then we move to the prescriptive part of the consult, and work on your custom growth strategy including:
